Yesterday morning (Monday, April 24th), two gentlemen arrived unannounced at our office. We very rarely have customers at the office since almost all of our business is conducted over the phone or email, or on forums.

Steve Goebels is President of the Skywagons, the International Cessna 180/185 Club, with over 1100 members around the world. They started using ClubExpress in 2014. He was traveling around the country with a friend and in his Cessna. They stopped into Chicago just to come to the office to say hi, and to present Geoffrey, our Director of Support, with a personal Certificate of Appreciation for everything that he and his team have done to support the Skywagons.

What a kind and considerate gesture from a valued customer.

Making a special trip to Chicago in your private plane is not something we expect of everyone! But we do love hearing how we've helped our customers to simplify the management of their association and to strengthen and grow the organization. Please do let us know your stories. And if you feel like making an addition to our "brag" wall, that would be lovely as well.
