Thank you for the many positive comments, reviews, and referrals you’ve provided over the years. After using ClubExpress and understanding the power we provide, you and your members involved in other clubs and associations often realize we can help them, too.

Sometimes, other organizations who sign up with ClubExpress say they heard about us from you. If you send a new organization to us, we want to reward you. So, we redesigned our referral program. Here is how it works:

If you refer another group, your organization will receive a credit, up to the lowest of your monthly hosting fee or the referred club's monthly hosting fee, after the new group activates its members and we send their welcome letters. So,

• Example 1: If you pay us $500 per month and refer an organization that pays us $100, your organization will receive a $100 credit. That means your balance for the month the bonus is paid out will be $400 instead of $500.
• Example 2: If you pay us $100 per month and refer an organization that pays us more than $100, your organization will also receive a $100 credit, meaning your balance for the month the bonus is paid out will be $0 instead of $100.

And, the organization you refer will receive an hour of training on us. If they purchased training, they will receive an extra hour of training.

For our protection, the new group must let us know that you referred when they sign up.

• If the referred organization signs up online without a salesperson, they need to put your organization’s name on the “Signup for a free trial” form.
• If they sign up with a salesperson, they need to let that salesperson know before the deal is completed.

We appreciate your support and encourage you to take advantage of these rewards. There is no limit to the number of organizations you can refer to capture this benefit.
